Welcome to Lotus Wallet, the official mobile application for the Lotus blockchain developed by BigVaseS (LE SOLEIL VERT POYPE). We take your privacy very seriously. This policy explains:

• What data we collect (or don't collect)
• How the app interacts with the blockchain and our services
• Your rights and our commitments

2. Data Collection

No personal data is collected, stored, or transmitted (first name, email, IP address, app ID, location, etc.).

3. Private Keys and Security

Lotus Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. Your private keys and recovery phrase are generated and stored exclusively on your device. You are responsible for backing them up.

4. Network Interactions

The app uses:

• The Lotus L1 blockchain via public nodes
• Our indexing servers to display balances, transactions, NFTs, etc.

All requests use only public addresses and do not allow for individual identification.

5. Swap Function

You can exchange the native Lotus token for its wrapped versions on EVM chains.

Important: all swaps are performed via existing public smart contracts (DEXs like Uniswap, PancakeSwap, etc.). Lotus Wallet does not control these DEXs. The application only acts as a local signing interface. You retain full control of your funds and remain responsible for your actions.

6. Advertising & Tracking

No advertising, no trackers, no analytics services (Firebase, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, etc.) are integrated.

7. Minors / Children

The application is intended for an adult audience. No information from minors is collected.
