Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Lotus Wallet application developed by BigVaseS (LE SOLEIL VERT POYPE), designed to interact with the Lotus L1 public blockchain. By installing or using the application, you fully accept these terms.

2. Nature of the Application

Lotus Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. The application allows you to:

• Generate and manage a personal wallet
• Interact with Lotus blockchain functionalities (transactions, NFTs, etc.)
• Access swap tools between native tokens and their wrapped equivalents

3. No Custody

We do not store, backup, or access your private keys or funds. You are entirely responsible for your wallet and its security.

4. Swapping and Third-Party Services

Swap functionalities use public smart contracts deployed on existing DEXs (Uniswap, etc.). These services are neither operated nor maintained by the Lotus Wallet team. Use of these functionalities is at your sole risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

We cannot be held responsible for:

• Loss of your access credentials, keys, or funds
• Interruption or failure of the blockchain network
• Errors arising from third-party smart contracts

6. Intellectual Property

The application's source code is freely available on our GitHub repository. Trademarks, names, logos, or visuals remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Acceptance and Modifications

Using the application implies acceptance of these Terms of Use. These terms may be modified at any time. The current version is available at the following address:
